The company has a fantastic, purpose-led culture and is a brand leader with a long and proud history in New Zealand. This is an exciting, newly created sole charge role for a pioneering, organised, and hands-on person to own the function. The organisation is receptive to change and is looking for increased innovation and necessary changes to be made to further increase their customer satisfaction, and to continue their success as brand leaders. Understanding a value chain is critical to this role. You will be working with other internal stakeholders to ensure that you are getting the desired results, so a collaborative relationship-builder will do well here. If you have a knack for bringing people on the journey and for running a process end-to-end, you will succeed here. We are looking for someone who can own and workshop CX design. You will have a process-improvement mentality, with the drive to enhance and perfect the customer experience to increase conversation and customer retention. This role reports into a clever, aware, and collaborative Group Manager of Customer, who will give you the space to own, strategise, and operate within your field.
