We are an independent provider of residential and community-based rehabilitation for clients with a variety of physical, neurological and developmental disorders including traumatic brain injury.

We are driven to help our clients achieve independence, inclusion and quality of life after an injury, disorder or as a result of a medical condition.

Our community service provides rehabilitation and support under ACC's Training for Independence, Living My Life programmes and SRNA, and has seen ongoing growth and expansion in the local community.

This roles involves treating clients in the wider community and in our residential living community.  You would also be part of our IDT that uses evidence based practice, and ongoing support and training.

Kōrero mō te tūranga  What will you be doing?

  • Developing goal/outcome focused plans for your clients with multiple impairments and disabilities
  • Assessing and planning interventions that enhance the independence of your clients (alongside their whanau)
  • Working with our IDT and external professionals to support the achievement of your clients' goals.

Me pēhea te tono  To apply for this role you need to have the following:

  • An Allied Health qualification & current registration with the PBNZ.
  • A full driving licence.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with clients with neurological injuries.
