**About the role. Mō te Tūranga**
- Lead proactive and reactive media relations across all Flight Centre Travel Group NZ brands, securing impactful coverage and managing media enquiries.
- Craft compelling external communications, including media releases and thought leadership content that elevates our brand presence.
- Monitor news and industry trends to identify media opportunities
- Support content partnerships that enhance visibility and align with our strategic goals.

**About you. mo koe**
- Proven experience managing media relations, with strong existing relationships across New Zealand media and a sharp news sense.
- A natural storyteller with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into strategic communications.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects, with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative, with a proactive mindset and a passion for amplifying brand stories
