People and Culture Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person looking to develop their career in HR to join our People and Culture team.
This position is ideal for someone who is either at the beginning of their career and eager to develop professionally, or for someone who has a background in administration and coordination and looking to broaden their skillset and experience in HR. You will relish the opportunity to work within a team of experienced HR and recruitment professionals who support our five offices nationwide.
Our People and Culture team are close knit, collaborative and engaged in a variety of work and projects. There's always plenty happening, so we're seeking someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
Working closely with the team, you will support a wide range of HR administration tasks, including coordinating our national graduate recruitment programme, assisting with learning and development activities, supporting the onboarding & offboarding processes and contributing to various HR & recruitment initiatives.
Your attention to detail, initiative, professional demeanour, and confidence in dealing with people at all levels will be your key to success in this varied and dynamic role.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will:
- have an interest in developing your career in HR and a passion for delivering excellence
- be a fast learner – our People and Culture team are involved in a variety of activities, and you will be working closely with them on a range of tasks that are often highly time sensitive
- have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- be a good relationship builder, as you will be working with our national team who are based across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch
- be able to prioritise and work to deadlines
