Extrastaff are seeking a professional and personable Sales Representative to join a reputable cleaning company specialising in commercial and residential cleaning located in the northern suburbs. The company fosters a dynamic and collaborative business environment where innovation thrives. 

About the role: 

  • Identifying new sales opportunities with a proactive approach which includes cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention 
  • Targeting potential target groups from their pre-existing database
  • Create quotes for potential customers
  • Developing customised sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close out deals
  • Working with a close-knit team, and reporting to the MD and supervisor
  • Meeting sales targets and KPIs
  • Assisting in the maintenance of accurate sales records in their CRM system 

About you: 

  • Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales
  • Excellent communication is essential, as well as negotiation ability
  • Superb presentation
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work autonomously
  • A burning desire to succeed 
  • Able to pass an MOJ check 
  • Full clean NZ drivers' licence
  • Able to provide 3 work-related references
