Are you ready to hit the ground running and take a lead role in New Zealand's largest State Highway contract? We're searching for a high-achieving Renewals Manager who's confident stepping into a complex, fast-paced environment and keen to prove themselves at the top level.
This is a truly unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to make their mark on a nationally significant infrastructure programme. You'll work alongside some of the best in the industry, with plenty of room for growth and advancement as you drive operational excellence across a multi-million-dollar contract in Northland.

In addition to the above you will have:
Experience in renewals (either road maintenance, resurfacing or construction).
Strong communication skills and people focused approach.
Ability to independently plan across our annual programme, prioritise and take initiative.
Knowledge of underlying engineering principles and legislation that represent good practice with NZ civil.
Experience in and understanding of project management principles.
Understanding of traffic management planning.
Experience in using AWM (RAMM) – preferred.
Appropriate tertiary level qualifications - Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
