Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an Application Support professional to join our Napier team in New Zealand. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for accounting and technology. You will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer support, ensuring our clients derive full benefit from our software solutions.

About the Role

As an Application Support person at MAGIQ Software, you will:

  • Provide software support to our customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand, with a fast, reliable internet connection for remote work if required.
Experience

While experience with MAGIQ Software is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

Key qualifications include:

  • An intermediate understanding of finance and accounting principles is required.
  • Familiarity with customer service roles, ideally within a finance or technology environment.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
