What you'll do (the impact you'll have)

  • Open doors & keep momentum: Book quality meetings for Sales and Client Success, qualify inbound enquiries, and spot upsell opportunities that help clients get more value.
  • Make the data sing: Own CRM hygiene—add new contacts fast, maintain accurate records, and keep eyes on contract renewals so the team is always a step ahead.
  • Smooth proposals, zero friction: Prepare polished proposal drafts from templates, process sales paperwork correctly the first time, and collate client documentation.
  • Keep campaigns moving: Support marketing activities and events, coordinate logistics and follow‑ups, and maintain sales collateral and training materials.
  • Create memorable client moments: Help organise client events—including managing the HBT corporate box at McLean Park—so every touchpoint feels professional and on‑brand.

What you'll bring

  • Standout communicator who builds rapport quickly and represents the brand with warmth and professionalism.
  • Organised, detail‑driven and flexible operator with strong time management plus the willingness to roll with the changes and move between tasks—you love ticking things off properly and on time.
  • Tech‑confident: Comfortable in CRM systems and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Proactive problem‑solver: Resilient, adaptable, and happy juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑moving team.
  • Background: Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, customer success, or office administration is ideal (but mindset matters most). We are looking for an energetic can-do individual who can quickly adapt to situations and work with the team to "just do it".
