This role is hands-on and varied—you'll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and pitching in wherever needed to keep our office running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Be the friendly face of HBT—greet visitors, keep meeting rooms ready, and coordinate supplies.
  • Organise travel, manage office groceries and stationery, and support staff events.
  • Oversee vehicle fleet, uniforms, building maintenance, cleaning, waste management, recycling and security.
  • Support financial processes—accounts payable/receivable, supplier liaison, and general admin.
  • Help us test and refine the role so it covers what HBT needs most.

What you'll bring

  • Proven admin or office coordination experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional communication style.
  • Initiative, reliability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with suppliers or financial systems is a plus.
