About the Role
In this role you will provide front-line reception service in a friendly, courteous, efficient manner for our patients and community. You will provide quality support to the Allied Health professionals in their roles with timely and effective administration, typing and data entry services.
We are looking for someone with patient/customer service experience with a strong set of communication and administration skills. You will need to be a real team player who enjoys a busy environment and who takes ownership of the tasks needed to ensure the service runs smoothly.
You must be customer focussed and be able to act with empathy, kindness and certainty in all situations.
This is a permanent position working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

About you
The ideal candidate will have outstanding frontline customer service skills, be an effective communicator, a multi-tasking superstar with the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment. You can use your own initiative when working unsupervised, be collaborative and can establish and maintain effective working relationships. Preference given to experience with WEBPAS, TWO systems and clinic booking.
- Minimum 2+ years Administration experience
