We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing efforts for our fast-growing, New Zealand-made skincare brand.

You'll oversee multi-channel campaigns, drive growth, and make sure our marketing strategy turns into measurable results.

What we're after:


• Proven experience managing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.


• Ability to show tangible results from past campaigns and initiatives.


• Strong understanding of paid social, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.


• Confident managing budgets, creative direction, and timelines.


• Experience in skincare, wellness, or e-commerce is a bonus.

You'll be working alongside:


• A marketing coordinator (content and scheduling)


• A graphic designer (visual assets and design support)


• External agencies (as needed for PR, media, or performance marketing)

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.


• Oversee creation of content for paid ads and organic social channels.


• Plan and execute email campaigns, promotions, and automation flows.


• Track performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights.


• Ensure the marketing plan is executed on schedule and aligned with brand goals.


• Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice.

Bonus skills (nice to have):


• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Meta Ads Manager.


• Understanding of skincare, wellness, or natural product industries.


• Ability to identify emerging marketing opportunities and trends.
