Marketing Manager – Lakeland Queen 2024 Limited

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and brand activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital marketing, relationship building, and promoting our business within the community.

About the Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage social media, website updates, and email marketing.
  • Create engaging content, promotions, and advertising material.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, hotels, motels an inbound tour operators.
  • Conduct regular hotel and motel visits to strengthen relationships and increase referrals.
  • Analyse marketing performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support brand development and ensure consistent messaging.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in marketing or similar role.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (social media, ads, analytics).
  • Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
  • Confident in building relationships and representing the business professionally.
  • Creative, organised, and proactive.
  • Experience in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.
