We're looking for someone who loves selling houses, and who will also take the lead on marketing our property listings and brand. You'll be responsible for building client relationships and closing opportunities when required, and for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract the right buyers.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relationships:

  • Work with buyers, selling new build homes across the South Island
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-through
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and negotiations
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for listings (online and offline)
  • Manage social media accounts and content calendar
  • Create compelling property descriptions, brochures, and email newsletters
  • Coordinate professional photography, video tours, and staging
  • Monitor market trends and analyze performance of marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, social media, and digital tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and creative
