About Us:

You'll work with our Book Club sales forecasts, coordinate with global and local freight forwarders, and maintain strong relationships with external publishers, suppliers, and affiliate businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing product management across multiple business lines.
  • Liaise with external publishers, suppliers, and Scholastic affiliates to source products and ensure timely delivery.
  • Raise and follow up on purchase orders, managing freight logistics for outstanding orders.
  • Source products within our global publishing network.
  • Collaborate closely with the book buyers, customer service, production, and warehousing teams.
  • Work within ERP systems to manage product lists, supply details, and inventory.

What You'll Bring:

  • Self-motivated team player who can work independently or collaboratively.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in fast-paced commercial environments (FMCG, publishing, retail) desirable.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly desirable).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of freight logistics would be an advantage.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness desirable.

Ideal Candidate:
