Bella Homes NZ Ltd (T/A: Handles Plus) is a direct importer of quality door handles and door hardware located at East Tamaki, Auckland New Zealand. We have been involved in the hardware industry for many years. We are looking for a qualified Supply Chain Manager to work for us in Auckland.

This permanent full-time role guarantees at least 35 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday. The minimum hourly rate is $32, and the maximum hourly rate is $35.

**Responsibilities for the role**:
Manage the warehouse and logistic team to maintain a high standard of resources utilization efficiency.
Lead the warehouse team to increase productivity including giving constructive feedback, coaching, encouraging, and overseeing their performance.
Develop and implement an appropriate supply chain strategy to maximise customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
Coordinate the distribution such as transportation of products and liaise with the logistic team.
Utilise the warehouse systems to ensure re-ordering and re-stocking at the optimal time and to consider a delay in distribution that may arise.
Works directly with sales team to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
Direct and coordinate supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimisation, profitability maximisation, resulting in the maximisation of customer satisfaction.
Monitor the transactions of inventory and logistic.
Manage the daily operations of the warehouse.
Ensure to comply with the maintenance procedure to maintain the safety and quality of all warehouse equipment.

**Requirements**:
Relevant Bachelor or above qualification.
If you do not have the required qualification, you need to have minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility to work in NZ.
