The Iconic Lakeland Queen is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. You will work under our Head Chef to assist in managing the kitchen and ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. This role requires a high level of culinary skill and a commitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Our menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner cruises features a buffet style, while our afternoon cruise offers an à la carte menu. You will also assist the chef with creating smaller canapé-style dishes for occasional events.
Please apply only if you are a New Zealand resident or hold a valid working visa.
Working Hours: You need to be flexible as our cruise schedule is from 8am - 6pm and we are open for the ocassional private event.
