**Company Description**
Our Waste Management Technical Services Division is a specialist team of highly qualified staff with purpose-built processing facilities and specialised Dangerous Goods transport. Waste Management Technical Services can process hazardous and liquid wastes safely and with full compliance to government and council laws and by-laws governing liquid and hazardous waste disposal.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team based at our Auckland branch in East Tamaki.

**The role**

This is a varied role where you will be responsible for dispatching jobs to ensure customer needs are met, balancing Driver workloads, ensuring drivers have required paperwork, monitoring routes to ensure jobs are completed and on schedule and monitoring jobs that have been rescheduled by Drivers.

**Qualifications** About you**

To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You have high attention to detail, good time management skills, proactive, have a positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport with customers. Experience in using MS Office especially Word and Excel are also essential for this role.
