About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Wholesale Sales Support Specialist to help our New Zealand and Australia wholesale team hit revenue goals. You'll manage key processes like contracts, promotions, and returns, analyze sales data, and prepare reports that guide decision-making. You'll also improve workflows and provide admin support for sales meetings and tools.

This role works closely with Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal, and Data Management teams, so strong collaboration skills are essential.

What You'll Do
  • Manage wholesale processes including contracts, promotions and rebates, returns, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Analyze sell-out data and prepare weekly presentations for the sales team.
  • Develop wholesale sales plans and rolling forecasts.
  • Set up and improve standard operating procedures; train Account Managers when needed.
  • Provide administrative support for sales meetings and sales tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal, and Data Management teams.
What You'll Bring
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Strong commercial sense with experience analyzing sales data and KPIs to guide decisions.
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business judgment.
  • Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset and experience implementing process improvements.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems and wholesale sales processes.
  • Consumer-focused approach; retail experience is a plus.
