Are you a seasoned financial expert ready to make a meaningful impact? Pronto Hire is seeking a Finance Manager with Business Management experience to provide crucial financial insights and guidance to our Directors. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making processes that fuel the company's growth trajectory.

**Key Responsibilities**:
*
Prepare the annual budget and conduct monthly analyses against budget, accompanied by comprehensive reports and variation commentary.

*
Reconcile fixed assets across multiple systems to maintain accurate records.

*
Oversee loan payments and collaborate with Directors to fund planned capital expenditure.

*
Process monthly journals, including Depreciation, to ensure timely completion of monthly reports.

*
Provide oversight for Accounts Receivable activities, including daily bank account reconciliation and monthly reporting.

*
Collaborate with the General Manager and Operations Manager to translate financial information into actionable strategies.

*
Support the General Manager in company growth initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor.

**Requirements**:
*
Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot tables, to deliver clear and consistent reports to Directors.

*
Working knowledge of MYOB and Syrinx is desirable.

*
Familiarity with Power BI or similar data analysis tools is advantageous.

*
Ability to split time between our Silverdale and Warkworth branches as needed.

*
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

*
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
