We are searching for a Client Success Manager who can take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and driving business results.

**What will you do**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand the client’s business objectives, identify their needs, and target audiences to create solutions that meet their goals
- Present marketing plans and schedules to the clients
- Ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with the creative teams to produce ad content, work with media partners to secure ad placements, and monitor marketing performance
- Manage the quality of the client’s work done by the production team
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance to the client and identify areas for optimization and making recommendations for future campaigns
- Understand the latest industry trends and development and share insights with the team and stakeholders
- Provide business development support.

**What do you need?**
- 5+ years’ experience in account management at a media agency or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the marketing landscape, including traditional and digital channels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-standard media planning and reporting tools
- Proven experience in engaging stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Exposure to multicultural businesses and environments
- Basic understanding of the property & building industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent time management and administration skills.

Due to our client base and the nature of our business, you will be required to confidently speak, read and write Chinese.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
