We're looking for a Team Coordinator to join a leading real estate team and play a key role in supporting projects and new developments.

This is not your standard admin role – you'll be at the heart of complex campaigns, developer relationships, and compliance processes.

You'll take ownership of listing management, marketing coordination, and documentation accuracy, ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property listings through CRM systems and oversee AML compliance
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure timely launches
  • Support the lead agent with development campaigns and QA listings against plan specs
  • Prepare Sale & Purchase documentation for new builds and existing properties
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks to keep operations running seamlessly

About You

  • Previous experience in real estate administration (bonus if you've worked with developers or off-plan sales)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to hit the ground running
