Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a dynamic team in a stunning setting? Jack's Point Hospitality Ltd is seeking an experienced Lodging Manager to oversee our new lodging program in the growing Jack's Point Village.

As the Lodging Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our lodging services, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction. With a blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, you will lead a team of skilled professionals, including Department Heads in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Rooms, and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining accurate records and fiscal controls.
  • Revenue Generation: Establish pricing strategies and analyse market trends to maximise occupancy and revenue, collaborating with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
  • Owner liaison: Engages with property owners to keep them abreast of yield performance and assist with any personal use bookings and requirements.
  • Marketing and Sales: Direct marketing strategies, manage relationships with agencies and operators, and optimise outreach initiatives for improved bookings.
  • Team Management: Foster a positive work environment, manage performance reviews, and encourage professional development for your team.
  • Exceptional Guest Services: Maintain high standards of service from arrival to departure, implementing training programs to enhance guest interactions and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of hospitality management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven financial management and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with property management systems and an understanding of owner liaison operations.

Flexibility is required to manage operations during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Periodic travel may be necessary to promote our brand and expand revenue opportunities.
