**The Role**:
This is the opportunity of a lifetime for an enthusiastic hands-on **Head Housekeeper** to lead a small team to ensure our suites and public areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Reporting to the General Manager you will train and develop your team to achieve high standards of cleanliness. You will be a housekeeping leader with a passion for empowering, developing and motivating your team to succeed. Your energetic and flexible leadership style will complement your skillset in compliance, manual handling and safe work practices.

You’ll be a rostering guru and will ensure effective cost control through monitoring expenses. You will also have a keen eye for detail and will conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure standards are met and maintained.

**You will have**:

- Extensive experience in Housekeeping - ideally in the luxury hotel/resort industry
