Nestled in one of the world's most breathtaking destinations, Azur Lodge is renowned for its luxury, warmth, and exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for a Lodge Host to join our dedicated front office team and help us create unforgettable moments for every guest.

• Warmly welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures
• Handling reservations and managing the reservation inbox
• Supporting with daily reports, guest profiles, and handovers
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently
• Answering and managing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing concierge services and assisting with guest inquiries, requests, and bookings
• Managing lodge attendants and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless lodge operations and guest experiences
• Personally escorting guests to their villas and providing property orientation
• Anticipating guest needs and proactively offering assistance
• Handling guest feedback and resolving minor issues with professionalism and care

• Preferred: 1 year's experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role
• A professional and polished presentation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Flexible, adaptable, and always bringing a positive and friendly attitude
• Knowledge of the Queenstown area and local attractions is an advantage
