About the role:
Our Trade Centres provide a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, offering our commercial customers a service, delivering bulk quantities of stock to work sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their project with a 'whole of build' solution. We stock a select number of core builders' lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up. Everything from timber, insulation, cladding, windows, doors and appliances. Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.
What's involved:
Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and trade specialists
Merchandise and replenish products
Pick and pack customer orders
Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time
Load and unload products on delivery trucks
You'll need:
A genuine passion for customer service
An ability to work in and contribute to a team
Accuracy and attention to detail
Open communication style
A current forklift licence is preferable, however not essential
When you're ready to give this opportunity a Red Hot Go, all you'll need to do is:
Submit an application and complete an online chat interview (20 minutes)
If successful, next step includes an online video interview (15 minutes)
If you're a match, we'll invite you to an onsite meet and greet with our leaders (20 minutes)
Nau mai, haere mai - you'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.
We love the diversity across our teams, brought together in an inclusive culture guided by our values. We welcome applications from individuals of all ages, cultural backgrounds, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Join us in shaping a workplace that celebrates all voices, perspectives, and contributions and reflects the communities we serve across Aotearoa.
