Your new role:

As a UX Writer, you'll craft clear, concise, and consistent in-product content that enhances usability across digital platforms. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure language, tone, and accessibility align with the brand and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Write microcopy and short-form content for apps and websites (buttons, alerts, onboarding etc.)

• Create and refine content documentation and tone of voice guidelines

• Contribute to design systems from a content perspective

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, BAs, engineers, and PMs in a cross-functional squad

• Ensure all content meets accessibility and standards

• Maintain consistency across multiple digital products

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in UX writing for digital products

• Strong understanding of user-centred design and accessibility principles

• Skilled in Figma and collaborative tools like Confluence, Miro, and Google Workspace

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in eCommerce or large-scale customer platforms preferred
