About the Role

We're seeking an experienced UX Writer to join a dynamic product team, crafting user-focused content across digital platforms. 

As UX Writer, you will shape the voice and clarity of the customer experience—from onboarding webinars and tutorials to core shopping journeys and App Store content—ensuring all copy is clear, engaging, conversion-focused, and meets accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write concise and engaging copy for webinars, onboarding flows, tutorials, and product tours.
  • Refresh and optimise App Store listings and product descriptions.
  • Develop microcopy for navigation, prompts, alerts, error messages, and other in-product messaging.
  • Maintain and document content guidelines, CMS models, and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to ensure content is seamlessly integrated into the user experience.
  • Support internal teams by managing interface copy within Contentful CMS.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in UX writing, content design, or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in short-form microcopy for digital products, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.
  • Comfortable working with Contentful CMS; Figma experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Excellent attention to detail, adaptable tone, and a focus on improving user experience.
