About Us:

Global Exchange is a leading multinational company specialising in currency exchange services, operating in over 30 countries worldwide.

We are rapidly expanding in New Zealand, and we are looking for CSRs -Customer Servise Representatives to support this growth.

The Role:

The CSR is the first visible face of the client when contacting Global Exchange services. He/she is in charge of carrying out foreign exchange transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company procedures. His/her main mission is to provide exceptional customer service, acting as an ambassador of the Global Exchange Brand, guaranteeing personalised and professional attention at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Correctly maintain the balances of the counter, carrying out the necessary cash counts to ensure the quality and quantity of the currency.
  • Detect the needs of customers, in order to offer them the best products and services that best suit their needs.
  • Maintain at all times an attitude of active listening to the customer and, always with the aim of applying the best commercial techniques to offer the best customer service and sales.
  • Correctly identify and register customers in accordance with the legal criteria in force.
  • Carry out operations in accordance with the Operating Procedures described in the CSR Manual.
  • Collaborate in providing everything necessary for the proper functioning of the centre (material, observation of the image and cleanliness of the offices, information on missing or surplus currency, and anything else deemed necessary to provide the best service).
  • Clarify doubts or attention to suggestions from customers and provide clear and complete arguments in response to a complaint at the counter.
  • Communicate, according to the established parameters, complaints or suggestions from customers.
  • Ensure the physical integrity of the company's assets and report failures or needs related to infrastructure and systems through the appropriate channels.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Studies in tourism, administration, commercial and sales are valued.
  • High level in calculus and computer skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • High level of English (oral)
