The Role:
Director of Marketing Technology
The core mission of this leadership role is to architect & scale krunch's Martech offering and coach a high-performing team to champion integrated technology solutions for clients. You will be instrumental in helping to drive krunch's M4 framework—our proprietary marketing growth engine that integrates Media, Message, Martech, and Measurement. This role is for an
Inspiring Leader

Strategic Thinker
who will own the MarTech revenue stream and architect robust client partnerships.
You will report to the Head of Operations & Strategy and serve as the Client's trusted Martech advisor.
Your primary responsibilities are to:
- Champion Client CX & Martech Vision:
Serve as the Client's trusted strategic Martech advisor. Champion integrated Martech and CX roadmaps that solve their complex business problems and drive measurable growth.
- Drive Integrated Solutions:
Mandate and enforce cross-functional collaboration with Message, Media, and Client Partners. Co-design holistic solutions where Martech is the foundational engine that helps unlock the agency's wider M4 value proposition.
- Build and Coach Top Talent:
Build, coach, and retain an A-Player MarTech team (employees and contractors). Ensure flawless technical execution, developing their skills to deliver maximum collaborative value.
- Manage Financial Performance:
Own Martech team finance results. Focus on growing retainers & revenue streams, maximising profit per project, and maintaining the high people:revenue ratio required for sustainable growth.
- Own Agency Proposal Pricing Excellence:
Be the core process owner for 'Estimates & Scopes'. Guarantee accuracy and profitability, on-time and on-budget delivery for all agency projects.
- Drive Strategic Partner Status:
Own and elevate our Salesforce and Adobe partnership status and reputation. Directly leverage this relationship to generate a qualified revenue pipeline for krunch.

The krunch People Experience Promise
We are looking for a leader with the following experience and characteristics:
- 10+ years of Senior Team Leadership & Management:
Proven ability to build, scale, and manage a high-performing consulting or agency team (employees and contractors).
- Deep Martech and CX Platform Expertise:
Hands-on experience with major Marketing Technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce and/or Adobe) and a strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Commercial & Consultative Sales Acumen:
Proven experience in generating new revenue from existing clients by creating compelling, integrated MarTech roadmaps.
- Agency Workflow & Process Acumen:
Strong knowledge of agency financial processes, project management, and a track record of improving scoping, estimating, and project profitability.
- Integration and Collaboration Fluency:
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects, seamlessly blending MarTech strategy with Creative, Media, and Data capabilities.
- Inspiring, Empathetic Leader:
A natural coach and mentor who is passionate about developing team members and is deeply collaborative.
- Martech/CX Champion:
Possesses the gravitas and communication skills to sell a complex, integrated technology vision to clients and internal teams.
- Hands-On Problem Solver:
Has the technical depth to be a credible coach and translate complex technical challenges into clear business solutions.
