The Role

We're looking for a sharp team player, organised and process-driven Commercial Administrator to join our team , reporting to the General Manger - AKL.

This role supports the branch with data capturing, debt collecting, invoicing, reporting and day-to-day administrative processes — helping to keep our systems running efficiently, our data accurate, and our commercial performance on track.

If you enjoy working under pressure, daily challenges, accuracy and a busy environment where no two days are the same, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong background in administration or accounts support
  • Great attention to detail and time management
  • Confidence working with systems (Microsoft Office, Xero, etc.)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to quality
