What you'll be doing

  • Develop and test 
    marketing strategies
     to grow our online community, especially across 
    Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
  • Assist with 
    Klaviyo email campaigns
    , refining automations and audience engagement
  • Create and schedule 
    social media content
    , including photo and video stories
  • Support general 
    marketing and brand activities
    , including product launches and community events
  • Bring creative ideas to life with brand guidance but plenty of freedom to explore, test, and create

What we're looking for

  • A student or recent graduate in 
    marketing, communications, or digital media
     (or someone with a genuine passion for social media and storytelling)
  • Strong understanding of 
    social media trends and analytics
  • Confident using 
    Canva, Reels/TikTok editing tools
    , or similar
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn
  • A genuine interest in 
    supporting women and NZ-made brands
