About the Role
You will be joining a small yet highly ambitious team with original ideas and big goals. We're looking for a proactive, confident and organised Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team with helping bringing campaigns and collaborations to life. You'll assist across a wide range of tasks including creating proposals, coordinating community activations along with social media posting and website updates. You work will be varied and will ensure our marketing activities run smoothly and stay on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals for campaigns and partnerships.
  • Coordinate community activations.
  • Schedule and post content across social media channels.
  • Liaise with brands and content creators.
  • Update website with new products and posts.
  • Organise community events and help set up trade events.
  • Keep marketing calendars and digital asset libraries organised.
  • Provide general marketing admin and creative support.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, communications or event management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management,
  • Great copywriting and attention to detail with grammar.
  • Confident in calling and emailing contacts out of the company.
  • A creative thinker who takes initiative and enjoys variety.
  • Proficient in Office, Google Workplace and project management tools
  • Experience in visual design and Adobe software is a bonus
