As the Customer Engagement Representative, you will connect with our customers to provide valuable information and support them to make informed decisions. This outbound calling role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet both quality and volume targets. You will ensure all interactions comply with regulatory standards while maintaining accurate records and follow-ups. A commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential.

You Will

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to default KiwiSaver customers, providing clear information and support.
  • Educate customers on KiwiSaver features and respond to inquiries or concerns with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all information is up to date in line with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Meet performance targets while adhering to quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve engagement strategies, share best practices, and support overall team and business objectives.

To be successful in this role, it is helpful that you:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferable.
  • Recent experience in customer service or contact centre roles in the financial services industry.
  • Good numerical and computer skills - particularly Microsoft Excel and a highly organized approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time and work management, as well as the ability to follow processes and identifying opportunities for improvements.

In addition to this you will have a passion for providing outstanding customer experience, a "can do" attitude, strong time, work-management and communications skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
