As a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
, you are responsible for driving ArchiPro's new client acquisition through intelligent, data-driven outbound activity. You will leverage tools like Clay, HubSpot, and AI-powered enrichment workflows to identify, qualify, and engage high-value prospects across architecture, design, and construction.

This role is focused on appointment setting, securing quality meetings that convert into revenue opportunities, while owning the research, personalisation, and signal intelligence layer that fuels ArchiPro's commercial growth.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for architects, designers, and brands discovering ArchiPro. Your role is to generate and qualify leads, book high-quality meetings for the Strategic Partnerships team, and build awareness of the ArchiPro platform across the U.S. market. Through our tech stack , you'll deliver our outbound activity into a predictable, insight-driven engine that converts curiosity into connection.

Core Responsibilities

Prospecting & Research

  • Identify and research target architecture and design firms across key U.S. markets.
  • Maintain a consistent outbound rhythm via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and event outreach.
  • Qualify leads against ArchiPro's ideal client profile and document insights in CRM.
  • Pipeline Generation
  • Book qualified meetings for the Strategic Partnerships Lead and GM.
  • Maintain 5× pipeline coverage across all active outreach activities.
  • Meet and exceed weekly activity KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)

Outreach Execution

  • Craft tailored, thoughtful messaging that speaks to the values and challenges of each prospect.
  • Leverage available content, data, and success stories to engage meaningfully with prospects.
  • Follow structured outreach cadences and continuously optimise based on results.

Feedback & Reporting

  • Capture prospect feedback and share insights on market sentiment, competition, and opportunity gaps.
  • Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and participate in weekly pipeline reviews.

Key Performance Indicators

  • New Outreach / Contacts researched: 200 per week
  • Outbound touches: 300 weekly
  • Leads qualified: 60 per week
  • Meetings booked per week:
  • Qualified opportunities generated per month: 0+
  • Conversion rate from lead to meeting: ≥80%
  • Conversation rate from meeting to sale: ≥45%
  • CRM hygiene and data accuracy: 100% compliance
  • Response times and outreach activity aligned to company goals

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound role (preferably SaaS, media, or design industry)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate, persuasive, and personable
  • Confident in conducting outreach with senior architects, designers, and business owners
  • Highly organised, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Curious and coachable, with strong growth ambitions and a hunger to learn
  • A genuine passion for architecture, design, and how technology is transforming the built environment
