The Role:

We're looking for a professional, calm-under-pressure Duty Manager to join our Front Office team. You'll be the senior person on shift, trusted with supporting all departments and ensuring things run smoothly for our guests and team members alike.

This role is hands-on and guest-facing, with a strong focus on operations, compliance, team supervision, and guest satisfaction. From managing check-ins and emergencies to late-night guest requests and early morning departures, you'll help deliver the kind of seamless service that earns us loyal guests.

What You Bring:

  • A General Manager's Certificate, or the ability to obtain one
  • Front Office experience in a hotel environment - you will hit the ground running
  • A confident, solution-focused leadership style
  • Strong decision-making and multitasking skills
  • A calm, professional presence with a guest-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and a high level of personal presentation
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) and operational checklists
