**Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina are three magnificent restaurants in the heart of Queenstown, collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group**

We are looking for Duty Managers who genuinely care and want to join and help lead an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

**Your duties will include the following**:

- _Managing shifts_
- _Training quality staff_
- _All aspects of food and beverage service_
- _Taking reservations and inquiries professionally_
- _Dealing with guest complaints in a prompt and efficient manner_
- _Cashiering and balancing of the daily takings_
- _Monitor and ensure compliance on shift_
- _Place and receive stock orders through the CRM system_

A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality is required and a current Managers Certificate is essential.

**We offer**:

- _Minimum of 30 hours rostered Monday to Friday_
- _$26 to $29.66 depending on experience_
