The Programme Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating and improving the project programmes and their outcomes across the New Energy brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project programme oversight and delivery
  • Change management and adaptation
  • Stakeholder engagement

  • Risk and performance management

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, Primavera, Agile, PMBOK).

  • PMP, MSP, or similar certification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience (+3 years) in programme or project management, preferably within the construction, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the New Zealand regulatory and operational landscape in construction and/or energy.
  • Experience managing large-scale or multi-site programmes with complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent change management and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
