Join New Energy's project delivery team as a Programme Coordinator, supporting the coordination, tracking, and reporting of large-scale renewable energy construction projects.

You'll be the key link between site operations, project managers, and leadership — ensuring our schedules, systems, and reporting tools stay accurate, aligned, and up to date across all projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update integrated project schedules and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting from multiple project sites.
  • Manage programme dashboards and document control systems (e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Support communication between project teams, directors, and support departments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project tracking and performance systems.

  • 3–5 years' experience in a construction or renewable energy coordination role.

  • Strong systems experience across:
  • Project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, or advanced Excel).
  • Document management platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive, ProCore).
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and data accuracy focus.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full NZ Class 1 Driver's Licence.
