As a Marketing Executive at New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing and communications plan. This full-time position is based in our Queenstown (Frankton) head office, where you will contribute to the strategic planning and execution of innovative marketing and digital campaigns to promote our prestigious real estate listings across the country.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the marketing team to deliver and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events

  • Social Media:

  • Social community management

  • Content scheduling and posting across national channels - including supporting short-form content creation (Reels/TikTok)

  • Website:

  • Compliance checks and website content updates

  • Digital Reporting:

  • Assist with extracting, and summarising channel performance (Meta, GA4, social insights)

Content & Creative Coordination:

  • Assist with coordination of filming sessions, briefs, content collection and approvals
  • Confidently use Canva for content creation, resizing, editing and updating templates (or demonstrate willingness to upskill)
  • Coordinate the production of promotional material and collection of marketing content via franchise offices.
  • Assist with the creation of compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and social media content. Support the coordination of high-profile events and client-facing activities
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights to inform future strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the real estate or luxury industries
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
  3. Strong organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficiency in using marketing software and digital platforms, including social media, design tools, and content management systems. Ideally must be comfortable with Canva.
  5. A passion for creating visually appealing and engaging content
  6. Collaborative, flexible team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
