As a Claims Adviser, you'll manage the claims process from start to finish, working closely with brokers and advocating for clients to achieve the best possible outcomes in challenging situations.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lodge new claims promptly and accurately, ensuring all required information is provided.
• Liaising regularly with clients, underwriters, insurers, suppliers, and the Rothbury team throughout the claims process.
• Keep internal systems up to date and easy to understand.
• Ensuring claims are paid promptly and within policy cover

We are looking for a candidate with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, empathy, and great communication abilities. The ideal candidate is a team player who can empathise with clients during the claims process and manage their own workload efficiently. We could have the role based out of our Ashburton or Timaru offices
