They're now looking for a proactive and experienced Branch Administrator to join their Ashburton team. If you're organised, personable, and enjoy variety in your day, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
About the Role
This is a busy and varied position where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping the branch running smoothly, supporting both the operations and finance functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Completing supplier statement reconciliations
- Matching and coding invoices accurately
- Ordering supplies and managing office inventory
- Providing customer service support (both over the phone and in-person)
- Delivering general administration support to the wider team
About You
You'll be someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in keeping things organised. With a positive attitude and great attention to detail, you'll bring both professionalism and personality to the role.
To succeed, you'll have:
- Previous experience in an administration or coordinator position
- Experience within an accounts or finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A friendly, easy-going nature and a team-focused mindset
