About the Role
As the Executive Assistant (Kaiāwhina Kaiwhakahaere ki te Tumuaki), you'll provide proactive, confidential, and professional support to the CEO of the Central Economic Development Agency (CEDA). You'll manage diaries, coordinate board meetings, and ensure the smooth delivery of project and stakeholder engagements that support Manawatū's regional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO
- Coordinate and prepare Board papers, agendas, and minutes
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Support stakeholder events and shareholder communications
- Contribute to the smooth operation of key CEDA projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing board papers and taking minutes
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
