Te Whatu Ora MidCentral has an exciting opportunity for an extraordinary Executive Assistant to work with our Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery covering Nursing and Midwifery. This role is the chance you have been waiting for to put your exceptional organisational ability and impeccable interpersonal skills to the test. You will act as an enabler to our Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery and be part of delivering against their significant portfolio of delivering professional leadership and advice to the nursing and midwifery workforce and the Organisational Leadership team in healthcare across the region.
In addition to enabling our Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery through administration support and management of diary, workload, travel and correspondence, this role will cover a broad range of responsibilities and allow the right person the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Lead projects and initiatives and;
- Prepare reports, correspondence and presentations.
To be successful you will have experience in performing beyond the scope of your previous roles. You will be known for your impeccable communication, organisation, attention to detail and diligence. You will be able to pre-empt the needs of the leaders you support and be skilled at forward planning and delivering consistently in a busy and constantly changing environment. You will be technology savvy and able to take a creative and innovative approach to problem solving and your work overall. Being quick to catch on, emotionally intelligent and having an engaging style that builds relationship capital is a must.
