Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua | MidCentral operates an integrated model of clinical service delivery. Te Uru Ruahī (Mental Health & Addictions services) is responsible for the commissioning and delivery of MH&A services across the rohe.
Te Uru Ruahī has embarked on a programme of transformational change which sees a fundamental shift in the way services will be delivered. The changes are informed by He Ara Oranga and sees services move towards a wellness and recovery-focused approach in our community that prioritises access, choice and care closer to home.
The future direction is grounded in our Te Tiriti partnership where secondary mental health and addiction services are part of a continuum of connected shared care in partnership with our primary providers, NGOs and Iwi partners across our rohe.
To support the Integrated Model of Care we are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant. As a key member of the executive office, you will provide high quality executive administration functions to both the Operations and Clinical Executive for Te Uru Rauhi.
The position covers a broad range of responsibilities that include:
Providing executive administrative functions.
- Providing secretarial support to committees and meetings.
- Enhancing and optimizing the effective and efficient running of the executive office.
- Ensuring contractual and legislative reporting requirements are met.
- Overseeing medical administration functions for the service.
- Five years + experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Technology savvy.
- Impeccable communication skills and the ability to connect and collaborate at all levels.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reports and other written communications.
- Able to work under pressure and meet constantly changing demands and deadlines.
- Can juggle competing demands and multi-task in a busy environment, prioritise, and make sound judgements and decisions.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and engaging with a can-do attitude.
