About the role

We are looking for a full-time Finance Support professional who takes pride in accuracy, reliability, and excellent service.

This is a busy, varied role supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment runs, bank reconciliations, supplier management, and general finance administration. You'll be part of a supportive team environment where your contribution truly matters.

In this role you will:

  • Process AP and AR transactions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Support payment runs and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain organised financial records and documentation
  • Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to meet deadlines
  • Respond to supplier and internal queries with professionalism
  • Support continuous improvement within the finance function
  • Assist with other finance administration as required

You'll work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility available.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous experience in AP, AR, or a broader finance support role
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of finance systems (TechOne experience an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
  • Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information
