In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team of industry experts. You will collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to driving strong performance in the Asset Finance broker division. Building and maintaining partnerships will be at the heart of what you do ensuring seamless, end-to-end experiences for our customers. Together, we will make Kiwibank the go-to choice in the market.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in asset finance lending or business/commercial banking
  • Solid understanding of credit risk and financial analysis - confident in managing credit assessments and guiding customers through the onboarding process
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Experienced in building and maintaining meaningful partnerships that drive positive outcomes
