Tooth Fairy Dental is a modern, innovative practice that prides itself on quality and excellence. Tooth Fairy Dental has 6 locations throughout the Bay of Plenty, with clinics at Bethlehem, Mount, Te Puke & Papamoa.

Due to expansion with a new purpose built clinic, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful team . We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated new team member to join the Tooth Fairy Dental team as a receptionist.

The full-time position is primarily based at our TFD Mount Maunganui clinic however, some flexibility is needed to cover at other locations when required due to scheduling needs.

Hours are 7.45 am – 5pm. Monday to Friday. No late nights or weekend work

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Reliable, Empathetic & Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Be a Team player with attention to detail
• Genuine interest in oral health with a strong focus on providing outstanding patient care
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment & be highly organized.
• Knowledge of Exact Dental software would be advantageous.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to the workplace long-term
• Tech-savvy with the ability to efficiently utilise word processing software such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
• Exceptional administrative skills
• Must have NZ Residency/right to work in NZ
• Must have own reliable transport

While primarily a reception role, this position requires some flexibility to assist with sterilisation duties, for which full training will be provided.
