CareVets Mt Wellington is looking for a confident and organised Clinic Coordinator & Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a clinic, supporting colleagues, and delivering outstanding care to clients and patients.

About the RoleAs our Clinic Coordinator & Veterinary Nurse, you'll play a key part in keeping the clinic running smoothly while also providing excellent clinical care. This position blends leadership, organisation, and hands-on nursing in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Coordinating daily workflow and supporting smooth clinic operations

· Providing high-quality clinical nursing care

· Leading and supporting the clinical team with communication and teamwork

· Ensuring great client experiences and maintaining clinic presentation

· Supporting vets and nurses during procedures and consults

This is a full-time role with 1 in 5 Saturday shifts.

About YouYou're a natural organiser with strong communication skills and a supportive leadership style. You thrive in a busy environment, enjoy working with people and animals, and take pride in keeping the clinic running efficiently.

You'll bring:

· Veterinary nursing qualification (required)

· Minimum two years of leadership experience

· Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

· A positive, proactive attitude and genuine care for animals and people
