**Who are you?**
You will be experienced in coordinating the efficient and effective functioning of the Clinical Services workstreams and be skilled at building and managing meaningful relationships.
You will be interested in developing and delivering new and exciting clinical, patient focussed programmes. Your role will work across PHOs, interacting with and providing reports to a wide variety of clinical and patient groups. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of primary care are vital to your success in this role.
