- Job Description
**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative registered health professional to provide clinical oversight and coordinate our passionate teams of support workers to enable them to support youth experiencing mental health challenges and rangatahi in the youth justice system.
The main responsibilities include making clinical recommendations, risk and behaviour management, allocating daily staffing resources. You will also coordinate care and treatment plans with secondary services and other external stakeholders such as DHB, education and Oranga Tamariki. Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise is essential. Training of support staff to increase their knowledge is also an integral part of the role.
